How do I delete my account?
Open the Arc app → Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your videos, comments, and watch history within a few minutes. If you can't sign in, email support@arcapp.stream from the address on your account.
How do I report or remove a video?
Tap the ••• menu on any video and choose Report. For copyright/DMCA takedowns, email dmca@arcapp.stream with the video URL and proof of ownership.
What's the minimum age to use Arc?
Arc is rated 17+ and requires users to be at least 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher). We ask for date of birth at sign-up. Underage accounts are removed on report.
I was charged but didn't get my purchase
Purchases run through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase didn't unlock the right entitlement in the app, send us the receipt and we'll fix it.
My upload was flagged or removed — what happened?
Uploads are screened for nudity, hate speech, and copyrighted material. If you believe a removal was a mistake, use the in-app Appeal button on the strike notice, or fill out the form below with the video title.
